About Marion
My passion for modern and unique architecture began with the purchase of my first home – a charming mid-century modern split level. Restoring and furnishing the home led me to research and study mid-century architecture and furnishings, and I was hooked. When I changed careers to real estate, it was natural for me to specialize in mid-century modern and design-led homes.
I’ve spent the last decade building expertise in marketing and selling unique and special homes. I’ve built a large network of architects, designers, builders, buyers, sellers, and modern home enthusiasts who rely on me for information in my real estate niche.
Philadwellphia.com is the online hub where I celebrate the modern and architecturally significant homes in the Philadelphia area and network with like-minded folks like you!
Our Story & Mission
In addition to helping clients buy and sell real estate, my mission is to share knowledge and build enthusiasm for modern architecture and design. As a board member of the Greater Philadelphia chapter of do.co,mo.mo, I work with an amazing team to preserve modern architecture, landscape, and design in the Philadelphia area. Our work enables the organization’s vision of “enriching our communities and our culture through the understanding, appreciation and preservation of modern architecture and design.”
As the creator of Philadwellphia.com and founder of the Philadelphia Modern Homes Facebook group, I provide information and organize events to celebrate modern and unique design specific to the Philadelphia area. These platforms have enabled me to build a community around the shared appreciation of modern design.

Organized in 2011, Docomomo US/Greater Philadelphia stimulates interest in and educates the public, and advocates for modern sites, buildings, neighborhoods and landscapes in our region.

I created and serve as the Administrator of the Philadelphia Modern Homes Facebook Group. With over 700 active members, the Philadelphia Modern Homes Facebook Group is a community of modern home enthusiasts dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of modern homes in the Philadelphia area.
